• Build relationships and connection with spa guests
• Actively listen to team members’ and guests’ feedback, resolving any issues or conflicts in a way that is mutually beneficial

Position Requirements

• Complete Front Desk Training at Burke Williams Training Facility
• Be able to work in multiple departments (Concierge, Front Desk, Spa Attendant)
